Medical Mutual: Yes! We are an approved provider for outpatient physical therapy mobile services.
All Other Insurances: We provide “out-of-network” physical therapy services. Check your policy or call your insurance company for out-of-network benefit information. We provide you with a “Superbill” to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Ohio Early Intervention: There is an eligibility and referral process for Ohio Early Intervention Services. Thrive Sweet Physical Therapy & Wellness provides services upon referral from the Ohio Early Intervention program.
While the majority of clients are babies and toddlers, Dr. Sweet serves older children depending on the specific needs and availability.
Physical Therapists in Ohio may provide direct access to services without a doctor’s prescription. However, it’s wise to check your insurance to see if a prescription is required to be eligible for reimbursement.
We come to you!: Physical Therapy services occur at your home, on the playground or in any natural environment! Services are still considered “outpatient physical therapy” which is not the same as home healthcare.
