Early Intervention Physical Therapy is one of many services available through the Ohio Early Intervention program for children under age 3. Physical therapy services are most often provided by your local County Board of DD. However, sometimes private providers (“POLR Providers”) assist with services. Thrive Sweet Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC is an approved POLR Provider in Ohio!

Dr. Sweet has over 20 years of experience specializing in services for children with complex physical, medical, and learning needs. Dr. Sweet is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, RESNA certified Assistive Technology Professional, Mayo Clinic certified Wellness Coach, and a Certified Wellness Practitioner by the National Wellness Institute.
